We got our christmas tree the other day from good 'ol Home Depot. It turned out to be a little over 7 feet once we got it cut and in the stand. Jack helped Susie decorate with light and ornaments. Luc just watched...
We took the kids to Sea World on Friday night to see the Shamu Holiday Show. Jack loved the show as always. The tower is lit up like a christmas tree right now during the holidays.
We started Luc on oatmeal last night and he loved it! He couldn't get enough and was grabbing for the bowl. Maybe by next week we'll have him eating rice. And if we're really lucky, we can teach Jack to feed him. ;-)
After church we walked around Little Italy and toured the local shops. Jack needed to run around and burn off some energy before his mid-day nap. This is on the corner of Cedar and India, near It's a Grind coffee shop.
We went on a family walk to get some coffee and Jack decided he needed to make a phone call. The funny thing is, he put his fingers in the change slot looking for coins. I don't know who taught him that.
We all helped Audri celebrate her 1st birthday party in her own back yard. She got a new play set that kept Jack busy for hours. But what he loved most was the fantastic cupcake display. The frosting was a hit amongst the kids to say the least. Luc, on the other hand, played it pretty cool and sat around people-watching for most of the party.
We took Jack and Luc to Sea World on Halloween for the their "Spooktacular" event. As you can see, Jack was Shrek but would only wear his hat for a few minutes at the car. Interestingly enough people still recognized who he was without the hat. Even Luc got to participate in the all the fun.
Jack turned 2 on October 25th. He had a Shrek themed party! He's really in to Shrek right now as you can see but I'm sure it won't last too long now that Madagascar 2 is out. But Jack had a great time and got lots of great gifts which he is very excited about.
Jack was the Ring Bearer and Tony was a Groomsmen for our friend's (Ben & Misty) wedding on October 18th at the Bahia Hotel in Mission Beach, San Diego.
Here's a new blog I just started this morning. I might shut down Jack's website (www.jackanthony2.com) and use this instead. It's much easier to use and it will be updated more frequently. Susie and I will be posting every few days so you can see the latest pics of the boys. Jack is becoming a great 'big brother' to Luc as you will see in the pictures to follow. Hope you enjoy!
